This is primarily our home and we welcome guests who respect our space and environment in a family-friendly manner. Please note that the house was built in the 1960s and although thoroughly updated, sound does travel and you will hear our footsteps upstairs. We try to be very mindful and courteous of any noise.

This unit comes with dual master suites stocked with king size memory foam beds for your utmost comfort. Both rooms include oversized closets for your stay.
Kitchenette
Mornings peak nicely into the kitchenette creating the perfect morning glow from the eastern side. From the coffee bar, experience the versatility of brewed coffee in a glass carafe to share, the convenience of using your favorite K-cup for a personalized cup of java, or enjoy the timeless, elegant pour over method from the Chemex. K-cups and ground coffee are provided. This space also includes a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and a double sink for your kitchen needs. Guests can also enjoy access to the washer and dryer as needed.
Bathroom
The bathroom includes a tiled walk-in shower, Monday shampoo & conditioner, body soap, antibacterial hand soap, and extra towels.
Outdoor Patio
So many areas in this outdoor space, where do we start? Sip your morning caffeine while overlooking the sunrise from the eastern facing patio. Play a few games of corn hole and giant Jenga on the open lawn. For dinner, enjoy your meal on the outdoor dining table with good company. Come sunset, indulge yourself in the steamy hot tub and simply relax.
This basement apartment has a digital keyless entry completely separate from the main home. You will have private access to the entire basement which includes a spacious living room, a full size kitchenette with a dining space, two master bedrooms, one bathroom, washer and dryer, and the backyard. The BBQ grill is NOT part of the rental.
The backyard is considered shared outdoor space as you may see us outside tending to the yard.
We live upstairs as this is our personal home. We are available but the basement studio space is separate and yours! Let us know if you need anything.
If you're looking for a quiet reprieve in a suburban setting with quick access to urban activities, then Nob Hill is the right place for you. Situated in the city of Centennial, this is a clean and green South Denver area with parks, shops, and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is only a 25-minute drive to downtown Denver. The streets Centennial are usually quiet and peaceful for walking around. Access local fun with a 5-minute drive to The Streets at Southglenn and the Arapahoe Entertainment District, which are two local hotspots for good eats, drinks, and shopping. For low-key activities, the Willow Spring Open Space is a 5-minute walk from the home with awesome trails for wildlife viewing and hiking. Medema Park in the neighborhood is a hidden gem for evening walks with a great view and a playground for families to enjoy.
Uber and Lyft are quickly accessible from this property. Public bus transportation is also easily accessible and a couple of blocks from the house.
There is plenty of on-street parking. Please do not block the garage or other cars parked in the driveway.
Our family lives upstairs and we try to be very mindful and always be courteous of any noise. Standard footstep may be heard in the basement. We keep our noise down at all times but specifically from 10pm to 7am.
We like our neighbors so please be respectful of outdoor quiet hours: 10pm - 7am.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
